The Bedrosian Tile building is a distribution warehouse with an adjoining showroom and office. DIVCON worked with the owner and design team on a design-build basis on the project for the. The final product is a combination of insulated and non-insulated tilt-up construction that met the owner’s requirement of energy efficiency and extreme durability. DIVCON met the vision of the owner even though both the design team and owner were over a thousand miles away and were not able to have a regular presence on the site.
