As part of the Selkirk Industrial Park, DIVCON constructed 3 buildings and 170,000 square feet of industrial and commercial space, with plans for one more building close by in the near future. These buildings provide flexible facilities that can support a variety of businesses. One of the buildings is home to the Krueger Sheet Metal headquarters, while the other two provide flexible space for tenants, including an indoor baseball training facility. From planning through construction, DIVCON delivered a durable product that provides long term value for the owners and occupants.
