Central Washington Hospital Parking Garage

This parking garage in Wenatchee, WA has 880 parking stalls spread over 235,000 square feet on three levels. The structure is a combination of post tensioned concrete slabs and precast spandrel panels for vehicle barriers. As the general contractor on the project, DIVCON worked with the owner and design team to reduce costs via value engineering during the design phase and ultimately deliver the parking garage on time and under budget. The parking structure has over half of a mile of fabricated steel railing and used more than 7,300 cubic yards of concrete!
