Gonzaga Parking Garage

On the Gonzaga Parking Garage, DIVCON was hired as a concrete subcontractor to form, place, and finish 240,000 SF of retail and parking space on 4 total levels. The post tensioned structure took almost 8,000 cubic yards of concrete to complete. The ground level retail is covered by a parking garage with a waterproof membrane and topping slab assembly over a post tension slab. Due to schedule requirements, the G.U. Parking Garage required the concrete work to continue through the snowy winter months. DIVCON is proud to have been part of this great project in the Gonzaga neighborhood. Go ZAGS!
