Mercantile Residence Inn

The Mercantile Residence Inn project is a 5 story hotel with a single post-tensioned concrete podium slab. DIVCON, Inc. was the concrete contractor on the 40,000 square foot project. The property is of significant historical importance as the original Missoula Pharmacy Building sat on the site. DIVCON placed the new building’s structural concrete system so that the facade of the original Pharmacy Building was able to be retained and remain an architectural icon in the city of Missoula.
