Philadelphia Macaroni

Project Details

The Philadelphia Macaroni project is a cast in place rail tunnel for the receiving and unloading of rail cars.  It is a 300′ long x 22′ wide x 30′ tall concrete structure comprised entirely of concrete walls and a concrete roof.  The electrical and mechanical infrastructure was cast into the walls and underground to provide a clean building and be durable to the interaction of machinery and personnel during the unloading process.
