Playfair Commerce Park

DIVCON has had the distinct pleasure of being the design build contractor for 8 buildings to date at the Playfair Commerce Park. The buildings range in size from 51,000 to 75,000 square feet for a total of 396,250 square feet completed to date and another 112,000 square feet under contract. All buildings include tilt-up wall panels with bar joist and decking roof support providing an efficient and fire resistant shell. Walls are insulated with insulation batts protected with metal liner panels up to 9′ above finished floor. All light gage framing, wall panels, exterior stairs and roof access ladder were provided by sister companies CWallA and Scafco grain.
