This project serves as Wildfire Defense Systems’ secondary headquarters, as well as a private fire station, wholesale store, dispatch center, and fire vehicle upfitting/outfitting assembly shop. With multiple functions to accommodate for, Tilt-Up construction provided a durable medium to create this great project. Insulated sandwich panels were used to provide continuous insulation, and to help facilitate the continuous rows of “ribbon glass”. The interior of the building features exposed concrete walls and polished concrete floors. Construction took place during the winter which caused some logistical challenges, however, DIVCON found a way to deliver this project on time and on budget, with excellent quality.
